MANDATORY Specialist Role Requirements
This is a specialist, DSA-funded role, meaning all candidates must strictly adhere to the qualification framework set out by the Department for Education (DfE).
You MUST possess the following:
Undergraduate Degree (Level 6 minimum).
A recognised Teaching Qualification.
Extensive Training in Adult Autism, which may include:
Option 1: 6 National Autistic Society Modules (Non-Medical Helper package). The modules cover Understanding Autism, Communication, Sensory Experience, Stress and Anxiety, Supporting Families, and Autism and Girls.
