About the RoleI am working with a well-established architectural practice based in a beautiful rural location in Northamptonshire, who are looking for a talented Architect or Architectural Technologist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including residential,mercial, and bespoke developments, where you’ll be involved from concept through topletion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Produce and manage architectural designs and technical drawings
2. Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout project stages
3. Ensurepliance with building regulations and planning requirements
4. Attend site visits and inspections
5. Contribute to design reviews and project meetings
What You’ll Need to Succeed
6. Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist
7. Proficiency in AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software
8. Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
9. Excellentmunication and organisational skills
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
