Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) across electrical building services systems. * Respond to and resolve reactive maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner. * Perform fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical systems and associated equipment. * Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health & safety regulations and site procedures. * Support the wider engineering team with general building services maintenance when required. * Maintain accurate records of work completed using the CAFM system. * Liaise with site management, colleagues, and subcontractors where necessary.
