As an Office Administrator you will be reporting to the Office Manager and will be responsible for:
* Dealing with customers and processing sales and purchase orders
* Working to deal with the transport and logistics of the business. Booking transport and liaising with them for updates and dealing with any issues that may arise
* General office admin duties such as ordering and replenishing office supplies
* Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone (no sales involved)
* Supporting and information gathering for the sales and technical teams
* Processing and issuing of guarantees
* Updating sales order reports
* Organise and manage the smooth running of training days and VIP visits
* This is a fast paced and varied role

What You Will Need to Succeed
The ideal candidate will be competent using Word and ideally a good working knowledge of Excel. Have strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task and have an approachable and happy to support personality. Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
