SEND Teaching Assistant | Chorley area | from £89 per day | Full-time and Part-time

Axcis are an education agency that are currently recruiting SEND teaching assistants to support children and young people with special educational needs across the Chorley area. We are looking for teaching assistants with experience working in a school setting and with a range of special educational needs. In this role you will be supporting children on both a 1-1 and group basis within the classroom and assisting them in accessing the curriculum to the best of their ability.
Responsibilities

* Daily rates starting from £89 per day.
* A range of training courses through the national college for CPD.
What you will need
* An enhanced DBS certificate – if not, we can assist with applying for one.
* A minimum of 6 months working with SEND in an education setting (3 months must be in the UK for overseas candidates).
* A genuine interest in supporting children with special educational needs.
* Able to reliably commute within Chorley and the surrounding areas.
