HAYLEY DEXIS are looking for an On-Site Support person to join our well-established and expanding team based at our branch in Kings Lynn, but the role will be based mainly onsite in Wisbech, Ely and Bourne. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary. About the role: As our On-Site Support you will be the first point of contact for all enquiries from the customer. Uniform and PPE provided if required Key responsibilities as our On-Site Support: Manage critical stock levels using the sites CMMS system Carry out daily/weekly stock checks Add new items to stock as required, label products and stores racking to suit Book in all deliveries on the required system and put the spares away in the stores or allocated order collection point Parts identification and cataloguing (including OEM conversions) Skills we're looking for in our On-Site Support: Customer focused, driven to provide consistently high levels of service Basic computer skills Good level of communication and numerical skills Ability to prioritise workload and time management HAYLEY DEXIS is the largest independent distributor of engineering products and consumables in the UK.
