GSL Education is recruiting enthusiastic Nursery Assistants to work across a range of welcoming day nurseries throughout Essex.
Whether you’re looking for part-time, full-time, ad-hoc shifts, or long-term placements, we can offer work that suits your schedule — with shifts available between 8am and 6pm.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting nursery teams with engaging, hands-on activities for babies, toddlers and preschoolers
* Helping to create a safe, caring and stimulating environment
* Assisting with play, learning, story time, outdoor fun and daily routines
* Building positive relationships with children, staff and parents
* Adapting to different nursery settings while bringing a friendly, proactive approach
We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children (nursery, early years, babysitting, childcare placements etc.)
* A positive, energetic and caring attitude
* Reliability, flexibility and a willingness to get stuck in
* Level 2/3 Early Years qualification is desirable—but not essential
* A genuine passion for early years development
