Offer description

We are seeking an organised and meticulous Administration Assistant to join our team to assist the Accounts Administrator. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations. You must have excellent attention to detail and a minimum of one year's Admin experience, excellent excel & word capabilities preferred.

Duties to include but not limited to:

· Answer phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette, taking messages and directing the calls.

· General clerical duties including data entry.

· Ordering stationery etc.

· Photocopying, filing, and organising documents.

· Utilize computerised systems for tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing databases.

· Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

· Welcoming guests to the office and carrying out fire and safety briefings to guests.

· Consulting with internal and external staff members and customers either face to face or by email and telephone.

· Updating excel speadsheets.

· Supporting other office staff & Directors with administrative tasks as and when needed.

Experience:

· Proven experience in an office environment performing administrative tasks at least 1 year minimum

· Proficiency in using office software such as excel & word and other relevant programs.

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

· Excellent communication skills, Familiarity with basic office procedures and equipment.
