The starting salary for this role is £47,142 per annum, working 36 hours per week and is based at our Victoria Gate office in Woking. You will:Line manages teachers delivering education to pupils out of school.Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.Represent A2E at multi-agency meetings (CIN, ICPC, RCPC, Core Group, TAF).Deputise for the Area Lead and contribute to strategic service development.Support policy and practice compliance with national standards.Oversee reporting, quality assurance, and complex case management.Undertake home visits and risk assessments for new referrals.Other key activity you will lead on as our successful Deputy Area Lead for A2E includes acting as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, maintaining DBS and ID records for staff, investigating safeguarding concerns and escalating appropriately and ensuring operational compliance with confidentiality guidelines and information governance.Why Join Us?A2E operates in a dynamic environment supporting high-need groups across Surrey.
