We are seeking a dynamic and creative Community and Social Media Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, engaging, and nurturing our online community of Advisors and customers across all relevant social media platforms. You will develop compelling content, manage daily social activity, and act as the voice of the brand online, ensuring consistency, engagement, and alignment with broader marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Social Media Management
* Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube).
* Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, stories).
* Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
* Manage social media calendars and coordinate campaign rollouts.
* Community Engagement
* Cultivate and maintain a strong, positive presence in online communities.
* Engage with followers, influencers, and partners to foster authentic connections.
* Plan and execute community initiatives such as contests, AMAs, live sessions, and events.
* Monitor sentiment, gather feedback, and report on community trends.
* Work with designers, content creators, and other departments to generate original multimedia content.
* Collaborate on influencer and ambassador campaigns.
* Analytics & Reporting
* Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, etc.) and provide regular performance reports.
* Use insights to refine strategy and improve ROI.
* Training
* Provide social media training and support to the salesforce in the form of digital and in person training where necessary
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
* 2–4 years of experience in social media management, community building, or digital marketing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
* Design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
* Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, native platform tools).
* Strong cultural awareness and understanding of social media trends.
* Strong understanding of platform-specific content and trends.
* Experience with online community management, forums, or Discord/Reddit is a plus.
* Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with paid social campaigns.
* Prior experience in direct sales
* Experience with WordPress would be beneficial
