* Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4 to small classes with diverse learning profiles.
* Adapt and personalise the curriculum to meet individual needs, ensuring every learner can progress and succeed.
* Use creative, practical, and multi-sensory approaches to bring Maths to life.
* Work closely with our SENCO, therapists, and support staff to deliver holistic, student-centred education.
* Contribute to EHCP reviews, assessments, and personalised learning plans.
* Foster a calm, nurturing, and structured learning environment where students feel safe, valued, and motivated.
? About YouWe would love to hear from you if you:
* Are a qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience teaching Maths at secondary level.
* Have experience working with students with SEND (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, dyslexia) or a strong desire to develop in this area.
* Are patient, resilient, and committed to inclusive education.
* Can differentiate effectively and use innovative strategies to support varied learning needs.
* Build strong, positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
* Bring energy, creativity, and a sense of humour to your teaching.
