Based just outside of Witham, you will be joining a well-known windows and doors manufacturingpany with a large UK and International presence who are on a continuous growth journey.
Due to continued growth, expansion and new product development, they are now seeking an experienced Estimator with order processing experience to join their growing team! The Estimator will play a big part in providing quotations and order confirmations to new and existing customers, providing excellent customer service!Essential duties and responsibilities:
1. Processing quotes and orders in a timely manner
2. Providing technical knowledge to both customers and staff where required
3. Producing and annotating paperwork prior to manufacturing
4. Amending customer orders and quotations
5. Handle iing enquiries and provide timely responses to client requests
This is just a summed-up list of responsibilities and other duties will be required.
Skills and Experience required:
6. Experience in a similar role, ideally within the windows and doors industry
7. Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail and accuracy
8. Excellentmunication skills, both written and verbal, in a professional manner
9. Strong Customer Service skills
10. Knowledge of aluminium products would be preferential
