Location:- Cable Plaza, DY5 1LW 1 Full time post vacancy Salary £47,181 to £50,269 Per Annum (salary subject to experience) We are seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join our Integrated Front Door team in Children’s Services. This is a vital role at the first point of contact, ensuring children and families receive a timely, proportionate, and effective response. The Advanced Practitioner will be pivotal in establishing consistently good social work practice in our Integrated Front Door. You will be expected to share your expertise with others through modelling, coaching, reflective supervision and other learning activities to help build strong quality practice. You will work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure coordinated responses and will b e dynamic and driven to achieve the right outcomes for our children in Dudley. You will be a registered social worker with significant experience of working with children and families in a statutory social work setting and experience of supporting others in a social work or social care role, which may include practice education of students or ASYE social workers. You will be dynamic and driven to achieve strong outcomes for our children and skilled in providing support and challenge to colleagues.
