The International Program Manager – LifeTech (“IPM”) will be responsible for developing the strategy for local and regional programs in line with the BU business plan. They will formulate business objectives on new business volume, program profitability, and lease penetration rate.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Formulate partner program plans in cooperation with GBU Management and Retail/Enablement Directors to determine resources aligned with sales management
2. Demonstrate leadership in executing programs and develop value-added products/services
3. Support new program implementations across countries and industries, managing expansion of existing programs
4. Act as the primary contact for partners, ensuring alignment with GBU strategy to optimize volume, P&L, penetration, and satisfaction; organize business review meetings
5. Develop and implement program strategies aligned with broader DLL strategies and other functions like Marketing, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Risk
6. Set and communicate sales targets per country and support sales activities
7. Monitor program performance KPIs and review projected performance regularly
8. Implement partner/vendor program plans, liaising with relevant functions and stakeholders, providing support and training
9. Understand partner/vendor strategies and identify areas for value addition and pain point improvements
10. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing DLL externally
11. Analyze program objectives and key results, providing market insights to relevant stakeholders
