In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Assist with general IT helpdesk requests, providing first-line technical support to staff. Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets within agreed timeframes, ensuring timely communication with users. Support with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new devices, including laptops, tablets. Maintain accurate records of IT assets and update inventory as needed. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to both Head Office and nursery staff. Assist in installing and updating software applications and operating systems. Help maintain network connectivity, printers, and other office equipment. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
