Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking ownership of tasks? We're looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our rapidly growing team and provide essential support to our programme managers. If you're a confident communicator with a "can-do" attitude, this could be the perfect role for you!

In this dynamic position, you'll be the backbone of our client delivery, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. You'll be responsible for managing daily administrative requirements, liaising with various internal and external stakeholders, and keeping our projects on track.

What you'll be doing:

* Taking end-to-end responsibility for client delivery coordination.
* Monitoring daily project progress, diligently updating trackers and databases.
* Interfacing directly with customers through regular conference calls.
* Completing daily, weekly, and monthly reports with precision.
* Managing planned start and completion dates on our internal system.
* Raising, inputting, and managing Streetworks/permits and NOI submissions.
* Communicating effectively with field engineers to ensure jobs are prepped and scheduled.
* Creating detailed job packs to stakeholder specifications.


Requirements

What you'll bring:

* Excellent IT skills, especially with MS Excel.
* Outstanding organisational skills with a proactive and methodical approach.
* Impeccable attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
* A confident communication style with a great telephone manner, comfortable dealing with multiple parties.
* Good decision-making skills and the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* A proven track record of working to deadlines and under pressure, with adaptability to changing priorities.
* A desire to contribute to continuous improvement of systems and practices.
