Full-Time | Permanent Are you a passionate and experienced leader in children’s residential care? We are seeking a committed Registered Manager to oversee the operation of our children's home in West Sussex. This 5 bed EBD home is currently rated "Outstanding" with Ofsted, and supports 5 young ladies. providing a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for them. About the Role: As Registered Manager, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality care and support for children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs. You'll ensure the home operates in line with Ofsted standards and promotes positive outcomes for each child. For this post, you'll have the benefit of working alongside the Retiring Manager for a handover, to ensure a full Induction and a smooth transition. Benefitting you with the wealth of knowledge the current manager has about the home, the role and the children.
