Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify waste streams on site throughout the end-to-end process.
· Develop and implement environmental management systems and policies to continually
improve the impact of the organisation on the environment.
· Coordinate and enhance waste minimisation, recycling, and other waste management
initiatives to meet targets and make progress on our Net Zero
Journey.
· Ensure the business fulfils legal requirements on waste and environmental management.
· Support waste management activities and liaise with service providers and maintain
documentation such as agreements and carrier licences.
· Contribute to the set up and measurement of KPI’s to measure ESG performance.
· Collate and trend waste data from across the business to help measure Scope 3 emissions.
· Contribute to company policy implementation for health, safety and wellbeing to ensure
safety first behaviours.
· Carry out training at all levels of the organisation when required.
· Any other duties as reasonably requested aligned to the job role
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
