The role
* Running a mixed portfolio of clients including meeting new clients, initial client contact, billing and WIP
* Accounts and tax services, business advisory work and any special interests you might have
* Reviewing work completed by junior members of the team, mentoring and feedback. You’ll also be responsible for completing some of the more complex or in-depth jobs
* Acting as first point of contact for clients and building ongoing client rapport, being able to identify other areas where you might be able to assist or serve your clients
* Working closely with the partners and the team to ensure that clients get the best service and advice
* Business development and networking
* Clearly defined route to Partnership
Your experience
* ACA/ACCA Qualified
* You will be commercially astute and enjoy business development and seeking out new opportunities
* Someone who is ambitious and keen to progress
* Be organised and technically strong
* Have a positive mindset, be enthusiastic, and keen to deliver a great service to clients
* You are a great communicator
* You have a strong practice background
* You are keen to progress and ensure a long and happy career, achieving partnership within a great firm
