With a focus on working with local suppliers and contractors, they deliver flexible construction solutions that exceed expectations.The Role:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead site operations and manage refurbishment projects up £3m. The successful candidate will oversee all site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project planning, programming, and site operations.
* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and materials.
* Report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
* Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
* Promote sustainable practices and efficient waste management.
* Foster strong relationships with architects, surveyors, and clients.
Candidate Requirements:
* CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work.
* Proven experience managing projects up to £3m in value.
* Strong IT skills for communication and project documentation.
* Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
