We are looking for a Band 6 Senior Registered Nurse to join our team based at Queen Victoria Memorial Hospital in Herne Bay.
Responsibilities include:
1. Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of holistic care.
2. Developing integrated care plans in partnership with patients.
3. Ordering equipment and sending referrals as necessary.
4. Acting as a lead and senior practitioner to support junior staff with assessments and complex needs pathways.
5. Working as part of a multi-professional team to deliver high-quality patient care.
6. Performing clinical interventions and monitoring patient deterioration.
7. Managing a caseload of patients with complex needs and supporting duty roles including triage.
8. Supporting the Clinical Lead in team management.
9. Assisting senior management in service improvement and statutory compliance.
