What You'll Do: - Lead full lifecycle ERP and IT implementation projects from initiation through to deployment. - Own project planning, delivery schedules, financial tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communications. - Build and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver against challenging timelines and budgets. - Manage both Agile and Waterfall projects depending on client needs. - Drive benefit realisation and ensure business outcomes are achieved post-implementation. What You'll Bring: 4–5 years of proven IT Project Management experience. Strong ERP implementation background (essential). Demonstrable ability to build and manage client relationships at all levels. Confident in managing financials across hardware, software, capex, and opex. Expertise in balancing delivery methodologies – Agile & Waterfall. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
