This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Director of Education to genuinely make a difference, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership experience and will play a vital part to enhance the schools English Division, driving standards, supporting staff development, and ensuring excellent outcomes for students.

Skills & Experience
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
* Proven UK experience teaching English
* Previous leadership experience, such as Director of Learning or Lead Practitioner roles
* Strong knowledge of the English curriculum
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to inspire and lead a team effectively
Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the English department, driving high standards of teaching and learning
* Develop and implement curriculum plans in line with national standards
* Support and mentor teaching staff to enhance performance and development
* Monitor student progress and implement strategies to improve attainment
* Work closely with senior leadership to support whole school objectives
* Ensure a positive and engaging learning environment for all students
