* Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
* Support pupils in developing strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
* Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
* Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to support different learning needs
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide the best learning experience for pupils
