A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the friendly Centre Management Team at the multi-award-winning Silverburn Glasgow as a Business Support Administrator.
Reporting to the Business Support Manager, this is a varied and hands‑on role that plays a key part in supporting the smooth running of the centre management office.
The role will include:
* Financial administration duties, including invoice processing and financial record management
* Coordinating meetings and managing bookings within the management suite offices
* Diary management and general administrative support
* Providing day‑to‑day support to the wider centre management team

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Friendly, professional, and approachable
* Highly organised with strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail
* Enthusiastic with a positive, can‑do attitude
* Able to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks
* Equipped with a good sense of humour and team spirit
Experience
* Experience in a similar administrative or business support role.
* Experience using Dwellant, Yardi or similar property management systems would be advantageous
Salary & Benefits
* Salary range between £26k and £28k depending on experience.
* Employer pension contribution

* 25 days annual leave plus 9 Bank Holidays
* Flexitime
Working Hours
* 40 hours per week
* Monday to Friday
* Based on‑site at Silverburn Glasgow
