Trustworthiness - As a reputable agency we need each applicant to show they're capable to work in our clients homes. We ask for ID and proof of eligibility for working in the UK. We may ask for a DBS to be carried out. Time Management - Make sure you are a good timekeeper and stick to the day you have agreed! Detail Focused - Did you see the fluff in the corner?
