One of our innovative biotech clients is seeking a Research Associate to join their growing R&D team in Oxford, UK. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of next-generation CAR-T cell therapies designed to tackle solid tumours and other high-value oncology indications.
Key Responsibilities
1. In Vitro Assays: Perform and optimize functional assays (e.g., cytotoxicity, cytokine release, proliferation) to assess CAR-T cell activity.
2. Cell Culture: Culture and expand primary human T cells using aseptic techniques.
3. Flow Cytometry: Support development and validation of panels for immunophenotyping.
4. Screening: Assist in high-throughput screening of CAR constructs for potency and specificity.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed experimental records in electronic lab notebooks.
