As a senior member of the team, you will bring intellectual curiosity, independent thinking, and commercial awareness—while contributing to a collaborative, high‑challenge investment culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Fundamental Research & Analysis

18. Lead company meetings, engaging effectively with senior management and drawing out material insights
19. Represent the investment team with clients and commercial partners, explaining performance, outlook, and portfolio contributions
20. Build and maintain trusted relationships with company management, brokers, analysts, and industry contacts
Systems & Tools
21. Use investment and data platforms effectively, including Bloomberg, FactSet, research management systems, and Microsoft Office applications
What We’re Looking For:
22. Significant experience in fundamental equity research, investment analysis, or a related buy‑side or sell‑side role
23. Strong financial modelling, valuation, and accounting skills
24. Proven ability to generate and articulate differentiated investment ideas

31. Communicate with clarity and credibility, tailoring messages to different audiences and fostering open dialogue
32. Demonstrate independent thinking, resilience, and courage, constructively challenging the status quo when supported by evidence
33. Uphold the highest ethical, legal, regulatory, and fiduciary standards, contributing to a strong compliance culture
34. Promote innovation and continuous improvement, adapting to change and investing in ongoing development
35. Value and encourage diverse perspectives, creating an inclusive environment where different viewpoints are welcomed
