Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Release Manager to oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle of our Identity Access Management (IAM) platform. You will be responsible for coordinating the
promotion of configurations, scripts, and policies within the PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) ecosystem.
The ideal candidate understands that "identity is the new perimeter" and possesses the technical rigor to manage CI/CD pipelines while ensuring zero-downtime deployments for critical authentication services.

Requirements
IAM Platform: Deep experience with PingOne AIC (formerly ForgeRock Identity Cloud). Knowledge of Journeys, Identity Management (IDM), and Access Management (AM).
DevOps Tools: Proficiency with Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, and Terraform.
Scripting: Ability to read/write JavaScript (for AIC scripts) and Bash/Python for automation.
APIs: Strong experience with RESTful APIs and Postman for platform configuration.
Cloud: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments where identity connectors may reside
Key Responsibilities:
● Release Orchestration: Manage the release schedule and lifecycle for PingOne AIC components, including Journeys (Trees), IDM Managed Objects, Alpha/Bravo realms, and custom scripts.
● Environment Promotion: Utilize the PingOne AIC REST APIs and ForgeRock/Ping Cloud Developer Tools (CDK/CDP) to promote configurations from Development to Stage and Production.
● Governance & Compliance: Ensure all releases meet strict security standards and compliance requirements (e.g., SOC2, GDPR). Maintain a clear audit trail of "who changed what and when"
● Automation (Config-as-Code): Drive the transition toward Configuration-as-Code (CaC) using tools like Git, Terraform, or the PingOne AIC Config Entity Provider.
● Risk Management: Conduct Release Readiness Reviews and Milestone Reviews. Identify potential conflicts in identity schemas or authentication node dependencies before they hit production.
● Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the bridge between IAM Developers, Security Architects, and Operations teams to communicate release windows and impact.
