Kickstart your tech career helping developers build smarter and faster.
Ready to launch your career in tech? As a Graduate Engineering Enablement Associate, you’ll join a global team that’s focused on making life easier for developers. You’ll help shape how teams connect to the Sage Network by supporting their integration journey—from first contact to go-live. You’ll be on the frontlines, working with product teams, engineers, and external partners like Banks, Fin-Techs, and Payment providers. You’ll answer technical questions, untangle integration issues, and ensure our APIs are easy to adopt and powerful. You’ll be the go-to person who makes technical things click for everyone.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Team up with our ERP engineering pros to help connect systems to the Sage Network.
* Build content and tools that make life easier for developers—from guides to resources that speed up integration and adoption.
* Own the docs. Create and maintain technical documentation through our Developer Portals.
* Run the room. Help organize and lead meetings with internal teams and external partners.
* Boost support teams. Work closely with customer service to build training materials and tools that level up knowledge and streamline ticket handling.
* Jump into action when customer issues escalate—collaborating with Engineering and Tier 2 support to solve the tough stuff.
* Be a true team player. Collaborate, contribute, and bring positive energy to everything you do.
* Stay curious. Learn fast, adapt faster, and keep up with new tech and smarter ways to work.
* Make us better. Whether it’s a Postman collection or a handy automation script, find ways to improve how we work and how teams integrate with us.
Skills And Experience
* We are open to all backgrounds; however, these roles are ideal for Computer Science graduates (or similar).
* You’ll need to be a Graduate. You should have tech skills, such as coding experience, and be willing to learn any language as needed.
* A passion for tech, attention to detail, and an inquisitive mindset to help problem solve.
* Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate with people across the globe.
What can you expect from the process?
