Your Role
As a Paint Technician at our Swindon site, you’ll play a vital part in delivering high-quality repairs that exceed customer expectations. You'll be working with the latest refinishing technology to ensure every vehicle leaves our workshop looking as good as new.
What You'll Be Doing
14. Performing high-quality paintwork and refinishing repairs using modern tools and techniques
15. Preparing vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding, and priming
16. Mixing and applying paints to match manufacturer finishes
17. Ensuring all work is completed safely and complies with health and safety regulations
18. Collaborating closely with technicians, estimators, and workshop staff for smooth repair processes
19. Completing job cards and documentation accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For
20. Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician in a professional bodyshop environment
21. Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work
22. Strong communication and teamwork skills
23. A customer-focused attitude and commitment to quality
24. ATA or IMI accreditation is beneficial but not essential – we’ll support your development
