Joining our Older Adults Team as a Case Worker is an excellent introduction into Social Work. You’ll be an integral part of our team providing individuals aged 65 and over with support and guidance to maximise their independence and wellbeing. It’s not essential that you have previous experience in social work. Providing support and guidance to individuals to maximise their wellbeing and independence. With support and training, you’ll collaborate with individuals, their families, providers, and other healthcare professionals to find and signpost to innovative, alternative community resources to meet individuals’ needs.
