Milk Education is proud to be working alongside an Alternative Resource Provision in Camden who are looking to appoint a passionate and resilient Teacher to join their dedicated team.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is committed to making a real difference to young people who may present with additional needs, challenging behaviour, or barriers to learning.
The Role:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across a broad curriculum
* Support students with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, SEN, or those at risk of exclusion
* Build strong relationships to motivate and inspire students to achieve their potential
* Work closely with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders to provide a holistic learning experience
* Maintain high expectations of learning, progress and behaviour

Candidate Requirements:
* QTS / QTLS or equivalent teaching qualification

* Resilient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education
