The Rewards
- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year (depending on experience).

Your Role
As a core Vehicle Technician in our Tewkesbury team, you will:
- Maintenance & Repair: Carry out routine vehicle servicing, mechanical maintenance, and essential repairs to the highest trade standards.
- Diagnostics & Fault Finding: Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical faults using modern multi-brand diagnostic equipment.
- MOT Testing: (If certified) Conduct official vehicle safety inspections and compliance checks in line with current DVSA guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain an efficient, tidy workspace and deliver reliable, "right first time" results to ensure total customer safety.
- Technical Growth: Adapt to a diverse variety of vehicle types, supporting colleagues across both light commercial and passenger cars.
What You Need
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance, City & Guilds, or equivalent time-served experience.
- Experience: Strong all-around mechanical background with a proven track record in a fast-paced servicing or repair workshop.
- Licensing: A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
- Advantage: An active DVSA MOT testing licence is highly beneficial but not mandatory.
- Traits: A reliable, self-motivated professional with good communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
