Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £26phr CIS (temporary period) / £40,500p/anum (Permanent)

Contract: 12‑week temporary period leading to permanent employment

Package: Company van, fuel card, specialist tools provided

Key Responsibilities

Void property electrical works including repairs, replacements, and safety checks

Responsive repairs across domestic properties

Fixed wire testing and certification

Ensuring all work meets current regulations and safety standards

Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional conduct on site

Required Qualifications & Experience

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

2391 (or equivalent) Inspection & Testing

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

Full UK Driving Licence

Own hand tools

Willingness to obtain a Basic DBS

Previous social housing experience (voids or responsive repairs)

Strong understanding of domestic electrical compliance and safety standards
