As an associate you will be involved in every aspect of the property management life cycle. This is great opportunity to take on a large amount of responsibility and to gain in depth experience of every facet of the business. You will be working closely with the company director with the opportunity for fast progression if successful. In house training will be offered.

* Personable –You will be required to communicate and build rapport with landlords & tenants.
* Articulate – It is essential that you are able to communicate effectively and elegantly.
* Organised – Strong diary management and good timekeeping are essential in managing your daily activity.
* Self Starter – As a young, vibrant company we need people who are motivated and are able to take initiative in order to get things done.
* Numerical – Whilst super strong numeracy isn't a core requirement of the role, we do need you to have a fair grasp on arithmetic.
* Driving License– Not required
* Computer Literate– Applicants must be experienced in Microsoft excel, word, outlook & PowerPoint.
* Online – experience in social media would be a great advantage for applicants.
