Job Description
3. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
4. Raising work for customers and planning engineers schedules.
5. Providing updates to customer on on-going / completed work.
6. Updating and maintaining a service tracker.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
7. Previous experience in customer service.
8. Strong communication and organisational skills.
9. The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
10. Proficiency in using standard office software and systems.
11. Can commit to a temporary 25 hour per week part-time role (Mon - Fri 10:00am - 16:00pm)
