Central London | Office-based | 5-month contract
£24 - £26 per hour

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Recruiting Coordinator to support a busy early careers talent team with a global tech company, delivering an exceptional internship programme for university students across Europe. If you’re passionate about candidate experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your next exciting move.
The role:
You’ll work as part of a friendly, global recruitment team focused on delivering a seamless intern experience, from onboarding through to offboarding.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Acting as the first point of contact for interns and hiring managers, answering queries and ensuring everyone feels supported
* Helping to coordinate programme activities, logistics and communications
* Managing data and documents via case management systems and internal tools
* Working closely with Program Managers to deliver key intern milestones across the lifecycle
* Supporting continuous improvements to processes and intern satisfaction
What we’re looking for:
Must-haves:
* At least 1 year’s experience in recruitment, HR coordination, admin or similar
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident using Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
* Comfortable juggling multiple tasks, timelines and stakeholders
* Experience coordinating interviews or onboarding processes at volume
* Solid Excel skills (think VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)
Bonus if you have:
* Previous exposure to international or fast-changing work environments
* A degree or diploma in HR or a related field
