The opportunity
* Set and drive a strategic growth plan based on a clear, objective review of the business.
* Grow turnover and profit through customer development and new business generation.
* Build, energise and coach a high‑performing sales team (UK and export).
* Lead from the front embedding a culture of ambition, accountability and continuous improvement.
* Own budgeting, forecasting and business planning, ensuring targets are met and opportunities maximised.
* Strengthen major customer relationships and expand the brand’s market reach.
* Develop marketing and PR direction to enhance brand presence in the UK and globally.
* Ensure operational excellence, compliance and quality standards across the business.
The right candidate
This role is for a proven commercial leader who knows the interior textiles world inside out.
You Must Have
* Significant senior leadership experience in furnishing fabrics / interior textiles.
* A track record of building sales and profit at GM/Director level.
* Strong customer and relationship management instincts.
* The confidence to lead strategically and roll up your sleeves operationally.
