About the role
We're looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Administrator to join our HR Shared Services team based in Rushden. Location: Marriott House, Rushden – hybrid working available, with occasional travel to the office required (minimum 1 day per week).
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As our new L&D Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for employees and local L&D representatives across Kier in relation to our learning management system. Working within our collaborative team environment, you'll provide high‑quality administrative support while building strong relationships across the business.
Responsibilities
* Administering our learning management system (Kallidus) and providing support for user queries
* Booking and coordinating training courses and leadership programmes
* Building strong working relationships with colleagues and business stakeholders
* Managing the psychometric testing process and handling purchase orders/invoicing
* Ensuring all services meet our quality standards and SLA deadlines
Qualifications
* You have experience working with learning management systems (Kallidus experience is advantageous)
* You're detail‑oriented with excellent organisational skills and can prioritise effectively
* You have strong communication skills and enjoy building collaborative relationships
* You're proficient with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Teams
* You're passionate about providing excellent customer service, Disability Confident
