Team Leader – Full-Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, proactive, and motivated Team Leader to join our growing team at Parklands View. Due to continued business expansion and internal progression, we are looking for someone who is ready to make a genuine difference in the lives of our customers.
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting both our customers and our care team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered every day.
What You'll Do
* Lead by example, acting as a role model for best practice while providing strong, supportive leadership to the care team.
* Ensure high-quality care is consistently delivered in line with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
* Support customers with their individual care needs, following their personalised care plans and helping them achieve their desired outcomes.
* Build positive, professional relationships with customers, families, carers, and external professionals.
* Contribute to customer reviews, using your insight and experience to help shape care plans and outcomes.
* Carry out staff observations and spot checks, supporting new and existing staff through mentoring, training, and constructive feedback.
* Gather customer feedback and report compliments, concerns, or issues to the Manager.
* Audit MAR sheets and daily logs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Regularly review customer files, ensuring documentation is up to date and highlighting any actions required.
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism, always upholding company values.
* Complete required training, including medication updates, to stay aligned with best practice.
* Support care delivery, attending care calls when needed with a positive, can‑do attitude.
Role Details
* Full-Time: Monday – Friday
* Out-of-hours / On-call duties required
* Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Qualifications & Experience
* A Health & Social Care or QCF qualification is preferred but not essential.
* Ideally, you will have 12 months' experience in a similar role, though this is not essential for the right candidate with the right attitude and potential.
