Your Role
* Drive Process Development: Formulate structured approaches to meet challenging technical requirements for new products.
* Ensure Process Performance: Oversee process modules, ensuring optimal integration and interaction.
* Implement Robust Data‑Driven Decisions: Use risk analysis and statistical control (SPC) to guide new process introductions.
* Lead Change Management: Maintain rigorous change control in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
* Solve Cross‑Boundary Issues: Lead structured problem resolution across multiple process cells.
* Maintain Process Documentation: Ensure all process integrity records are up to date for key projects.
* Optimize Device Performance: Characterize and refine fabrication processes to enhance device outcomes.
What You Bring
* Degree (or higher) in Physical Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
* 5+ years experience in semiconductor processing (Si, SiGe, MEMS, or III‑V, with a preference for InP expertise).
* Hands‑on experience in wafer fabrication and an understanding of how process variations impact device performance.
* Proven ability to manage process integration projects and deliver on schedule.
* Excellent problem‑solving and data analysis skills, with experience in SPC (Statistical Process Control).
* Strong leadership and communication skills to engage across departments.
