Press Brake Operators Required in Cheshire

The salary depends on your chosen hours/shift pattern. The company offers a £2,000 signing bonus (staggered payment) and regular overtime opportunities paid at T1/3 after 39 hours and T1/2 after 48 hours.
We are looking for press brake operators experienced with AMADA, TRUMPF, Bystronic, or Edward Pearson machines. We have several shift options:
* Day shifts Monday to Friday (39 hours per week)
* Permanent morning shifts Monday to Friday (38 hours per week)
* Permanent afternoon shifts Monday to Friday (38 hours per week)
Initially, everyone will start on day shifts during training, which may have a slightly lower hourly rate. After passing the probation period, you can move onto other shifts with a pay increase and shift allowance.
Responsibilities
* Set up and operate press machines (Amada and/or Edward Pearson) accurately.
* Perform bending and forming operations using standard and custom punches.
* Produce parts essential for assembly operations.
* Follow quality control protocols by reading technical drawings and conducting checks.
* Transition between shift patterns after initial training.
* Engage in overtime opportunities to increase earnings.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar in engineering.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and nights.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
