Welder Fabricator (Afternoon Shift)

Pay Rate: £16.60 / Plus shift Allowance + Overtime
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 2.15pm - 12.30am (38.75 hours per week)
Hunters 4 Staff is seeking an experienced and proficient Welder Fabricator to join our Dynamic Client. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about welding and fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding with precision and efficiency.
Operate and maintain welding equipment.
Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production targets.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations. Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in MIG welding.
At least 3 years of fabrication experience.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Experience with press brake machines and plasma cutting machines is desirable but not essential.

Overtime kicks in after 38.75 hours per week at a rate of £24.84/h (Monday to Friday).
Saturday rates: £24.84/h (6am to midday), £31.00/h (after midday).
