The Role:

As a Senior Curriculum Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our Business programmes. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure excellence in teaching and learning, support high‑performing teams, and contribute to strategic curriculum development.

You will also deliver between 288–400 teaching hours annually and deputise for the Group Curriculum Director when required.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact on learners, staff, and the direction of the curriculum area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of designated Business courses.
* Oversee curriculum development, innovative delivery methods, and quality standards.
* Monitor schemes of work, assessments, syllabi, and student progress.
* Deliver 288–400 hours of teaching annually.
* Support all stages of the student lifecycle: admissions, interviews, enrolment, induction, and tracking.

Who You Are:

We’re looking for someone who brings:

* A degree or relevant professional qualification, plus a teaching qualification (or working towards one).
* Extensive teaching experience in a related Business subject.
* Proven experience in curriculum development and managing staff.
* Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
* Knowledge of FE sector developments and the challenges affecting learners.
* A commitment to equality, diversity, safeguarding and student success.
* Ability to work to deadlines and use a range of relevant software packages.
