We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading client within the packaging industry, who is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join their growing sales team. Covering Teesside and the wider Yorkshire region, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional with experience selling into industrial and manufacturing environments.
Initially focused on new business development, this role is expected to evolve into a Key Account Manager position as relationships are established and grown.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers across food & beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, and other regulated sectors.

Promote a range of packaging products and solutions in line with customer requirements.

Deliver commercial support and guidance to ensure the best customer outcomes.

Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, logistics, planning) to ensure smooth order handling and aftersales care.

Prepare and monitor territory sales forecasts, account plans, and budgets.
*
Achieve agreed sales targets (volume and value), while identifying opportunities for growth within key accounts.

Proven track record in field sales or territory management within packaging, FMCG, printing, or a related industrial sector.
*
Experience selling into regulated manufacturing environments, such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals.

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider sales team.
*
Confident in using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM systems.
