As a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist, you'll be at the heart of both primary and special servicing activities, managing a diverse range of bridging loans. Your day-to-day will involve engaging directly with customers and clients, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring strict adherence to internal SLAs and regulatory standards.\n\nResponsibilities of the position of Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist:\n\nEngage with customers and clients regularly to understand and address account servicing needs\nConduct primary servicing activities, including income and expenditure reviews and implement solutions such as payment arrangements, assisted sales or loan workouts\nMonitor agreed strategies and take appropriate action where necessary\nWork closely with solicitors and stakeholders to support legal and insolvency processes\nPrepare and submit referrals for all cases outside of mandate to the Manager\nProduce accurate, high-quality management information and reporting as needed\nAdhere to all internal policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative standards\nSupport the implementation of approved case strategies across the portfolio\nContribute to the culture of Treating Customers Fairly and meet Consumer Duty expectationsExperience and Skills Required for the position of Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist:\n\nBackground in collections, arrears handling, or a similar regulated servicing environment within Bridging finance is essential (open to similar product/lending types)\nExperienced in term expiry\nA basic understanding of insolvency and legal servicing processes is desirable\nA team player with a proactive, solutions-focused attitudeFor more information regarding the role of Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist, please contact us\n\nStellar Select is acting as an employment agency and is a corporate member of the REC.\n\nDue to a high volume of applications, we will only contact you if your application has been successful.
