We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With a focus on preventive maintenance, you’ll ensure our modern equipment runs at peak performance.
Your Responsibilities
* Repair and maintain production equipment to keep operations smooth.
* Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
* Install new equipment and ensure everything is functioning perfectly.
* Master control circuitry and mechanical devices.
* Quickly identify faults, make timely corrections, and get equipment back into production.
* Perform blow down procedures and empty dryers of lint.
* Secure the facility by shutting down equipment at the end of your shift.
What You Bring to the Table
* Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical control fields, including PLCs, inverter drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, bearings, chains, belting, conveying systems, and valves.
* Basic blueprint reading and mechanical troubleshooting experience.
* Experience with steam systems is a plus!
* Ability to move heavy equipment, climb ladders, and perform repetitive motions.
Your Work Environment
Enjoy a clean, climate-controlled facility dedicated to processing hospital linens. This role involves significant physical activity, including walking and moving throughout your shift. We prioritize safety, and personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.62/hr.
