Podiatrist – Macclesfield & Congleton
We are looking for a Podiatrist to join our growing team and support our Congleton clinic and new Macclesfield clinic. You'll receive mentorship and ongoing training to help you succeed in private practice.
The Role
As a podiatrist, your job is to ensure every client has a positive experience. This means delivering excellent clinical care and world-class customer service. Success will be measured by treatment outcomes, patient satisfaction, accurate and timely clinical notes, and building strong patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities
* Achieve the best possible outcome for every patient
* Help patients meet their clinical, health, and lifestyle goals
* Confidently explain the value of your services during pricing discussions
* Deliver customer care that keeps patients returning and referring others
* Keep clinical notes accurate and up to date
* Contribute to in-house training, workshops, and community events
* Support the clinic's social media and marketing activities
Skills & Requirements
Essential:
* BSc (Hons) or MSc Podiatry
* HCPC Registration
* Minimum 1 year of experience
* Strong clinical ability with continuous development
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Organised, detail-focused, and reliable under deadlines
* Accountable and open to coaching
Desirable:
* Biomechanical assessments
* Diabetic foot care
* Minor surgery experience
* Private practice experience

* Salary: £32,000–£50,000 (pro-rata)
