Brentwood School is seeking to appoint a Part Time Design Technology Technician (FTC) to support the Head of Department and teaching staff with the preparation of resources, operation and maintenance of workshop machinery/tools, lesson support and administration.
The successful candidate will observe strict Health & Safety guidelines and keep knowledge of this area up to date; have a strong knowledge of Design & Technology and a genuine interest in the use and maintenance of workshop equipment.
This role is part-time, 22.5 hours per week, term-time only plus up to three Saturdays or equivalent per year if required and all Staff INSET days. 8.00am - 4.15pm Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, (7.5 hours per day, plus 45-minute lunch unpaid).
This is for a Fixed Term Contract from 5th January 2026 to 26th June 2026
